I’m Phoenix Marie—author, bookkeeper, business coach, and someone who believes the hardest chapters of our lives can become the very things that make us powerful.
My path hasn’t been traditional. And I wouldn’t change that.
I’ve spent 20+ years in administration, operations, leadership, and the dental industry, learning what really makes a business work—not just on paper, but behind the scenes where money gets lost, teams struggle, systems break down, and owners become overwhelmed.
Today, I use that experience to help business owners find clarity in their numbers, systems, profitability, and people. Whether I’m cleaning up books, uncovering financial leaks, helping a dental practice improve performance, or coaching someone through their next move, I’m not interested in cookie-cutter advice.
I want to know what’s really happening—and help you figure out what to do about it.
But business is only one side of me.
I’m also an author and storyteller.
My writing explores survival, resilience, passion, darkness, reinvention, and the complicated experiences that shape who we become. My memoir work comes from a life that taught me that being knocked down and being finished are two very different things.
That same philosophy follows me into business.
I believe numbers tell stories.
People tell stories.
Businesses tell stories.
And sometimes you just need someone willing to look beneath the surface to understand what the story is really saying.
