I’m Phoenix Marie—author, entrepreneur, bookkeeper, business coach, and someone who believes the hardest chapters of our lives can become the very things that make us powerful.

My path hasn’t been traditional. And I wouldn’t change that.

I’ve spent more than 20 years in administration, operations, leadership, and the dental industry, learning what makes a business work behind the scenes—where money gets lost, teams struggle, systems break down, and owners become overwhelmed. Along the way, I’ve managed a $3 million dental practice, overseen seven providers, and coached three additional practices.

I’ve also continued investing in my education, taking classes with Tony Robbins, Charles Blair, and Andrew Bustamante. That learning complements the lessons I’ve gained through years of working with people, solving problems, and leading teams.

Today, I help business owners find clarity in their numbers, systems, profitability, and people. Whether I’m cleaning up books, uncovering financial leaks, helping a dental practice improve performance, or coaching someone through their next move, I start by listening and asking questions.

I want to understand what’s really happening—and help you figure out what to do about it.

But business is only one side of me.

I’m also an author and storyteller. My writing explores survival, resilience, passion, darkness, reinvention, and the complicated experiences that shape who we become. My memoir work comes from a life that taught me that being knocked down and being finished are two very different things.

That same philosophy follows me into business. I believe numbers, people, and businesses all tell stories. Sometimes understanding them means looking beneath the surface and asking the question nobody has asked yet.

I’m bold. I’m creative. I connect with people from all walks of life. And I’m probably never going to give you a rehearsed corporate answer when an honest conversation would serve you better.
